In celebration of the “Barbara Hammer Retrospective”, Filmoteca Catalunya will host a special reading session  dedicated to Barbara Hammer’s archive on June 10th at the Cinema Library in Barcelona, ES at 7 PM.

Led by UPF researcher Miriam Sánchez-Manzano, “Barbara Hammer: Filmmaker, Theorist, and Teacher” will examine the theory and writings underlying Hammer’s filmmaking practice, putting them in relation to her audiovisual creations.
